Episode 11 - Alex interviews Julian Stirpe!

Alex interviews her former guitar player Julian Stirpe, who now lives in Toronto. Julian is a remarkably talented and prolific songwriter, composer, and multi-instrumentalist. He scores films, commercials and series, and is part of the band Blue June. Julian talks about his formative years and creative inspirations, and shares insights on the Toronto indie music scene, comparing with Alex's experiences on the Montreal music scene. Alex and Julian recall times together as bandmates, and discuss the reality of being an indie musician in 2022. It does come down to passion for music, and this interview radiates exactly that!
