Lenny Lighter is a legend in Montreal.
His father won a restaurant in a poker game in 1938, a restaurant that would become, on the eve of World War II, Moishes. The famous place would go on to survive through decades, crises, and changing trends. Nearly 80 years later, Lenny, who had been at the helm for several decades, decided to sell it.
Seeking a new challenge, he visited the future food hall Le Foufou earlier this year, fell in love with the concept, and has since devoted his time to developing his new venture: Prime Bar à bœuf !Lenny shares his story and, of course, the story of Montreal, in a captivating interview conducted amidst the construction site of Le Foufou!
