Épisode 17: Histoplasmose, reconnaissance, diagnostic et prise en charge. P
Dans ce tout nouvel épisode du balado La Tournée, on plonge dans une infection souvent sous-diagnostiquée, parfois déroutante, et franchement capable de jouer à cache-cache avec les cliniciens: l'histoplasmose!
Pour en parler, j'ai le plaisir de recevoir Dr Simon Dufresne, infectiologue, qui nous aide à démystifier ce champignon endémique…même chez nous! Ensemble, on explore quand y penser, comment le reconnaître derrière ses multiples visages cliniques, quels tests demander, et comment traiter.
