63- The truth about spontaneous transformation!
I get a lot of people signing up for hypnosis secretly wanting spontaneous transformation. Well… I do really wish everyone to be graced with one in their life, because it is a very unique experience.
In this episode, I give you 3 examples of spontaneous transformations I have gone through myself and how they felt.
1- In my first hypnosis session, my fear of abandonment left me… And I experienced true joy.
2- One time a massage therapist worked my body so well, that some kind of blockages that had showed up in my body vanished. And… I experienced uneasiness, sadness and took time to accustom to this new normal.
3- Someone who offered true and healing apology about a reaction to an event that had a big impact in my life. In fact, her reaction was worse than the event. The heartfelt apology left me in a neutral state, at peace, healed, in such an unexpected soothing way.
Once the spontaneous transformation occurs, there is a new you showing up and you have to learn to make it a familiar you… This may take some time.
