49- Be a loving parent to your inner child.
Do you sometimes catch yourself thinking, ‘I know I am competent enough, smart enough... and yet, I don’t have confidence, I am full of doubt, I can’t do this, I can’t do that?’

This past Mother’s Day weekend, I had the privilege of spending quality time with my mother. We talked openly about the transformation and transition she went through 20 years ago. During this time I had been upset with her after a prolonged period, feeling that she was not healing fast enough and she reacted, rightly so, by pushing me away. She was determined to go through her process of working with the little girl inside of her, at her own pace.
It seems my subconscious mind had recorded her strategy, and, 15 years later, when I was going through my own transition, I realized that I had been following her path and wisdom.
In this episode, I encourage you to take a closer look at your inner child, to take the time to connect and recognize all the beauty and healthy beliefs that were once yours.
