30- Are You a Fast Tracker Like Emmanuel Martin-Jean? ( He/ She/ They)
*In this article I intentionnally use the 3 pronouns, as Emmanuel defines himself.
Did you ever move up the ladder quickly and find that something isn\'t exactly as you imagined?
Emmanuel had just moved up to a Director of Studies position and found that the learning curve was very steep and that the communications with their superiors were conflictual, which brought forward a feeling of vulnerability.
Shortly after our sessions began, ingrained beliefs surfaced and quickly it became clear that they were having an impact on Emmanuel’s communication style and relationships.
Now an entrepreneur and PhD candidate, Emmanuel’s life has taken a whole new turn. This is a beautiful story full of wisdom.
I also offer you an incursion into the heart of non-binary people\'s challenges, which also pushed me to adjust my vocabulary and my approach and thus expand my own area of competence.
Emmanuel shares with us the evolution of the two beliefs that kept them in a kind of inertia and constant fatigue.
‘’People are sick and can\'t take care of themselves.’’
\'\'Nothing is worthwhile, everything is so bad, no matter what you do, it won\'t help.\'\'
Changing these beliefs led them to take action and above all to see that the external projection was in fact a manifestation of what was happening inside.

Emmanuel Martin-Jean has been working in the field of higher education for over ten years. They have worked with different types of students, at different professional levels, and is now interested in improving the level of universal accessibility of educational systems. They are now a consultant and researcher and co-develop empowering and inclusive learning spaces.
Parent, human, constructively resilient, their intention is to enable the healthy development of people in active learning situations by fostering collective and collaborative support and encouragement.
