March 19th is considered the traditional date of St. Joseph\'s death. The Feast of St. Joseph-Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is celebrated annually on this date as a solemnity in the Catholic Church honoring the spouse of the Virgin Mary and earthly foster father of Jesus.
